Shipping Time

Production Time: 2–4 business days


Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 days

  • Other cities: 5–9 days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 days

Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.


We may offer free shipping on promotions.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery time

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide correct and complete addresses.


We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours

  • Attach photos/videos of the issue

  • We will replace the product or provide a refund if eligible
